Does steam have an account history, where I can see the devices/ip adresses where did I log in from?
I kinda suspect that MAYBE someone else logged in with my account but no sign of steam guard email.
Okay the thing is:
A friend of mine said I've been online at 7:30 which is impossible because I was at the theatre, and the play started at 7:00. My tablet was turned off, my phone was turned on, but had wifi disabled (I clearly remember i disabled it to save battery).

When I came home and we were chatting, I've seen he sent me a message around 7:30. You know, steam chat used to show some lines of the last conversation with grey color.

Please don't tell me to change my password because I've already done it.

You don't have to be online to receive messages.. and btw if you clicked one of those scam links that are all over the place it gets some files from your pc and circumvents Steam Guard

No I never clicked any of those links, I'm not a 12 years old. And I know I can receive offline messages, but that message did not appear as offline message, it appeared like a message that has been read.

Having wifi disabled doesn't make steam logout on your phone if you had it online.

But yeh, u can send a message to anyone whenever u want. Wether online or not.

I've had this happen and it was the mobile app doing its own thing, as usual. Whenever I received those e-mails about a game on my wishlist being on sale, for some reason the Steam app started and logged in by itself (doesn't care if I am on wi-fi or not, it just uses mobile data if it can't find another connection). Uninstalled that a couple of times (I thought they changed that random log in so I installed it again at some point).

The first time it happened I didn't notice the app on my phone, I just noticed offline messages when I launched the desktop client. Incredibly creepy to see all those messages. After it happened a couple of times, I noticed the connection with the e-mails. Check if you received an e-mail by Steam (mainly one of those that notify you if a game on your wishlist was on sale) at around the time you think you were logged in and it might be something similar.

The worse part is that it happens randomly and drains a lot of battery life. Mostly happens when the wishlist game is on sale as you said.

Steam hasn't updated the Android app for 2 years. Yes it's that bad.

Yes! I received a mail about a game is on wishlist, but after that I turned off my tablet which has no mobile connection. It was around some minutes before 7pm. Seems like steam showed me I'm online after that for about half hour, although I was not online. Seems like it was a glitch or something, thanks for the advice

If he/she entered the account and read a message we are already assuming that he/she had the password to her mail, and could have erased that message.

I know my steam phone app logs me in automatically when a damn game on my wishlist is on sale... cant find that option to disable that either.

It does! At least the ip thingy. Just go to settings --> family --> manage other computers and voila.
