Whats the point of having a mod of a weapon? or even a weapon to the matter?
More to the point, what is the point of asking for likes on facebook in order to release a freaking MOD?
Its a bit sad to see TW going to this (assuming TW are actually supporting this stuff) in order to bring up a game that has died a long time ago (lets be honest about it, the community is hardly active now, not to mention newer games like RO2, which is worse)

For what i read they're just simple remodels, that could have been easily taken from RO1 and tweaked around.....no stat difference.

IJC weapons are fan made mods that aren't official nor do they provide any perk benefits. It's mostly for amusement which wears off in 5 minutes and causes your KF to be buggy as hell. Btw the mp5 for the medic is pretty good.

They're fan mods so they have to stay within game balance (e.g. does more damage but costs more and has a tiny clip) or they won't get whitelisted (playable with perks), the current whitelisted pack works fine and it's nice to have the extra choice.

Okay, let me rephrase. CoD games made by even a semi-competent developer. I don't count Treyarch in that category, and the fanboyism only got bad after the original MW.

I hate IJC weapons as they provide no bonus based on perks. It may be amusing at first but its basically wielding a normal/general gun without any benefits. Moreover, I avoid servers with IJC weapon packs as they bug your KF game when you leave the IJC server and join a non IJC server. Many of you might have noticed this bug, but it basically locks up your perk to the most recent used perk in your previous IJC server game so that you can't switch perks in between waves or only get 2 choices. I have also experienced where I show up as a level 0 perk rather than my usual lvl 6. To fix this you'd have to restart KF, which could get quite annoying for your team and also for you when you are pubbing almost full servers. I've cleared out my KF folder of this IJC download and avoid or f10 servers that start to download this crap pack onto my files.

God, I hate facebook promotions. They're worse than those "We'll donate $X to Y charity for every retweet/hashtag/etc we get on Twitter!" promotions. It's just a new way of attention whoring.

The fine folks behind the IJC weapons pack are working on some brand new weapons. But in order to get one them unlocked, 1000 Likes are needed on their new IJC Facebook page. So head on over and give it a like (and make sure your friends do as well!), and don't forget to vote for your weapon of choice on their forums.
