Not really my jam, but at least each game are similar, so if someone likes this kind of games, it's an easy yes for them - a good deal.

Are they all time management games, like the 12 Tasks of Hercules series?
Wish I could get into these games, but they just don't hold my interest. What I would really like is more casual games that use the Hero of the Kingdom style gameplay.

Adelantado is a series of Tropico-like strategy games on a casual level. Island Tribe is a cross between time managers and puzzles, and the rest are very much like the 12 Labours games, but with a bit of a renting tycoon edge.

I have been slowly getting these when they went on sale, now I can snag three of the games I want for one's price. (Plus Northern Tale 4 is on a sale, so I think I'll buy that too.) I'll have time managers for quite some time. \^__^/

Why do you assume that? This appears to be a pretty standard bundle, and even though it has a single publisher, the pricing is such that it should still have HH. It's only the expensive single-publisher bundles that are less likely to get HH, and the number of tiers is irrelevant and just old misinformation.
