They did the same with Witcher 3. With every new paid expansion the base game got upgraded, even for people that did not buy the expansions.

Well, despite the poor technical condition, they are still trying to fix it. Several years later.
At the very least, it deserves respect.
PS: I played cyberpunk at the very beginning and I generally liked it, although I saw all the problems that were and are there.

A better reason to wait some more time before I play the game again as female V. I played halfway as male V and stopped when I chose the ending with Panam.
