Btw AOT2 starts the story from the beginning so no real need to buy the first one.

from what little i played of the 1st. people made far better version of the game in garrys mod. if its still around it was FUN!!!

the dates on this are confusing since it says the game's last update is November 2019 yet the release date is April 2023?

the DLC's release date is July 2019 for comparison and Wikipedia is saying the base game released March 2018

apparently this game covers the first 50 chapters of the manga (first two seasons) so even if you buy it, you might want to read/watch prior to experiencing it in the game - and the Final Battle DLC covers chapters 51-100 from the 3rd season of the anime

It's called 2 since Wings of Freedom is the first game back in 2016 which covered the first anime season (chapters 1-33) which I guess means season 2 was chapters 34-50... odd spacing tbh that one season covers 17 chapters and another season covers 50...

Seems like there could be overlap between the two games, though the 2016 one mentions adding original stories not present in the source material and I don't know if those got duplicated in the 2nd.

Technically the 2016 one isn't even the first game made - that'd be a 2013 one called Humanity in Chains which I guess due to negative reviews they're pretending never existed, we can cal lthat AOT0 I guess

While it seems like a good deal, I dunno, if theyre dropping 50-60% now I'm betting we see -70 or -80 within a couple years, or maybe even some kind of bundle with all three games if AOT0:HIC ever gets adapted (not seeing it on steam)

I really want this game for the memes but I still haven't gotten round to starting this anime and I usually want to watch them first...
