Need help w/ tablet

Hey guys. I have a tablet, I used it like a year ago, used to watch streams and all that on high quality. I haven't used it in a year, I just plugged the charger in it yesterday, once it charged, I tried playing a stream, but it just would freeze every 2seconds no matter which quality I choose. It's really annoying, can someone help me? I tried playing it from the browser and all that.. I am using wi-fi my internet is good enough, I tried different programs(Twitch,Vortex)
