Support usually is quite fast these days, but it depends on the category and issue of your ticket, as some things can be only done by super mods or by cg.
Do you care to elaborate on the category and issue?

Do they still do anything with the very old ones? And the one from 2 days they just haven't gotten around to it?

Yes, we still respond to "old ones."

If I understand that correctly and your reports are about receiving a duplicate key for a giveaway you won, what do you want support to do about it ? Unless it happens intentionally and repeatedly that's not against the rules. Mark as not received and move on.

You can close those tickets. Support won't do anything about them since no rule was broken.

Also none of your links are working. One briefly did but now it's broken as well.

I see that, tiny pic is so broken rotfl.

I've reported him not for the duplicated key (this may happen) but for blocking me on Steam after that i noticed it to him. This is very unfairy.

I agree. Blocking you on Steam after you informed them the key is dupe is quite rude. The right thing to do would be to apologize and explain that the can't / don't intend to replace the key and that you should just mark it not received.

However blocking you without further comment is not against the rules. It's just really bad manners ;)

Topic starter was rude too, he do not be patient. As i can see on picture he the first one who started asking about his win without greetings and in another day. We also can't see what happened next, before the creator of GA blocked him.

Only 1 of his 3 screenshots was working so there might be missing context.

But I agree that adding the creator to get your game is generally a terrible idea. I always add my keys within 24h hours after the gib has ended. Posting a message on my profile when they will get their game leads to an instant and permanent blacklist as soon as the gib has been delivered.

Look, that's just them being rude, it's not against the rules - if the key is duplicate, creator and winner can agree on the GA to be deleted, or the winner marks it as not received. After a few similar attempts the creator will get suspended, but support can track that easily (mouseover on sent games on anyone's profile) so no need for a report - that's why it's stll open. You can close it because it's not a reportable issue.
Also, SG uses a different formatting system than steam.

Hello RushYou.

We cannot force the creator to reroll their giveaways. You have done all that is expected of you in this situation. Until the creator submits a request, there is nothing left to be done about this matter. Feel free to mark as "Not Received" as a means of getting the creator's attention.

Do not touch the key under any circumstances.

Take care and have a great week!

If, after one week, you have not received the gift promised in the giveaway, you are expected to mark it "not received." Do not mark a gift "received" until after you have redeemed it to your Steam account. (Remember to sync your SG account, afterward.)

Occasionally, there may be a problem with the gift, and you may choose to leave it unmarked until the problem is resolved, one way or another.
