How do you get to enter Gotham City Imposters DLC giveaways?

I installed it and did a short play time but I cannot get it to sync on here. Please help as I would like to enter for the DLC.

You need to get a Steam achievement 1st before Steam DB recognize your game. Then sync your account in Steamgift.
