Just leave a comment to the creator of the giveaway saying as much. They can ask for a re-roll for another user to win instead.
That way, you get your game, but only one win on your account, and no negative marks to your name.

Correct. Just mark the ONE you actually used as received. When the other is re-rolled, a new winner will be selected, and your name will no longer be associated with it.

When you win a giveaway for a particular game, your entries for other giveaways for the same game are automatically removed.
The only way(s) to win the same game multiple times is if you keep entering giveaways for the game before you've activated the first win on your account. Please don't do that. The other way is if you're extremely lucky and you win two giveaways for the same game at the same time.
In any instance, activate one copy on your account, and leave a message in the other giveaway(s) you win (for that game) for the creator to re-roll that giveaway.

When this occurs, you should contact the giveaway creator and inform them you will not be accepting or redeeming the gift. Explain the situation, and ask the giveaway creator to request a new giveaway winner. During this process you should not mark the gift as "Received", or reveal the key if the option is available. This will help inform us that you are not accepting the gift, and it will prevent you from being suspended for not activating a gift you won. Once the ticket from the giveaway creator is approved for a new winner, the win will be removed from your profile.

I didn't find an information:
If I enter several giveaways of the same game, and if unfortunately I win several ones, I can't obvioulsy activate all codes on my own account.
There is a SG tool that sounds like "you have activated all codes you received on your own account".
So, what am I suppose to do to keep passing this tool on some giveaways?
