I personally don't mind implants as long as they look and feel like the real thing. Of course I'm talking about cybernetic implants. I hope you weren't thinking about something else PERV.

For the blue hearts link

Edit: So it seems someone's giving me a bit of drama in the Deus Ex giveaway comment section. Even acting pretty douchey about it. What do you guys think? Is he right about the custom rule part? Should I just delete the giveaway?

Edit 2: I've decided to delete the Deus Ex giveaway. I'm really sorry about that. I'll try to make another one when I figure out how to do the private group thing but I just didn't want to risk being punished for giving away a game. More than that I didn't want to give that asshole a chance at winning.

I won't delete the giveaway right away to give people some time to remove their entries and recover their points. I'll also make a giveaway for a different game later.

I'm just annoyed that one person, one unreasonable dickwad, managed to ruin the giveaway.

Eh.

Your account failed to pass custom rule: last_vac_ban >= date('2016/04/28')

I've never been VAC banned tho. I don't even play VAC'ed games...
Or did you intend it so only people with VAC ban can pass?

And as to your question: I love my implants. Best things in the world! Would have prefered natural healthy bones tho. ;P

Oh I'm sorry. I wanted to make it so if you were VAC banned over at least a year ago then you could still enter. Fixed it now so no VAC bans allowed.

Thanks for fixing it and for the lovely gib, Pico. I own it already anyways tho, just clicked on the check because I'm at work and bored. ;>

Ah yes it's a pity that SGTools doesn't allow to set a delay in the default filters. I tend to think infractions should be forgiven if enough time has passed so I have to mess around with the custom filter too and it's hard not to make a mistake.
For your purpose, you might want to use this formula, which will be reusable as-is no matter the date:
last_vac_ban <= date_modify(date('now'), '-1 years')

I've never been vac banned... So does that mean only people who have been vac banned after 2016/04/28 can enter?

My non-existing VAC ban fails because there is no date to compare it against or because your rule is set to an "after" check.
Also, sent/won ratios exclude those who never won, just telling.

Why does it exclude someone if they never won? Shouldn't that help their ratio?

Oh is that how it works? They should make it so that if they sent any giveaways but haven't won any then they automatically pass that rule. You think I should remove it?

Never created a SGTools giveaway, but I think you can use custom rules, I've seen a few.
It's probably possible to set up a rule that enforces the minimum ratio and also allows users who didn't win anything to pass. I'm not sure how, but I think it should be easy as long as you're familiar with if statements / programming languages.

Anyway, thanks for the giveaway, much appreciated! :)

Natural. I'm basically like the opposite if a transhummanist. I likw natural teeth much better than straightened ones.

I met a Person with implants. He had a nearfield-chip under his skin and I could get his business card by holding my mobile on his arm. :-)

Fascinating and frightening at the same time.

I am kind of a transhumanist. Most of us actually are without knowing it. Even those that say they are against it. I mean we use shoes, phones, glasses, microscopes etc. That is already in a way transhumanism.

I would like implants that make people capable of new things. Controlling your phone with your mind for example. But it should never interfere with a person's personality. It shouldn't make them a robot without emotions, because that would create a world that is very, very boring. Emotions have their place, even the nasty ones.

As for cybernetic implants, if used and not abused, they don't bother me at all

Not for me! I saw recently the last season of Black Mirror and the fifth episode is about implants. I don't really want one of those.

With all the glorified augments in Deus Ex, I'm surprised the augments weren't used in some kind of sexual way. Like seriously. Augmented prostitutes/callboys with changeable body sizes, the game has invisibility technology so technically they could change facial structure (even if just for the looks), hair colour - basically they can make one look as they want. And people like that.
So the world of Deus Ex will turn into a sex-crazed, lust driven society and *BAMM* what's how Slaanesh will come to be in a few millenia :D

What's wrong with a good wig ? Oh wait, we were not talking about hair ?
Well, then let's expand that into exo-frames and the like, more in keeping with the cybernetic thing. Plenty of possibilities, not nearly as intrusive.
