I just finished Dragonfall and liked it a lot, despite it being a bit long. Played Returns before but Dragonfall was better. Just installed Hong Kong but still need to begin it. I hope it's good!

47 hours because I read almost everything and left the game open some time while eating and so on. Then, Shadowrun Returns had an Italian translation, Dragonfall didn't, so it was longer for me.
For example, it took me about 40 hours to complete Deus Ex: Human Revolution (director's cut) (in Italian), which had a part of reading but was quicker than Shadowrun. DE:HR was very long but enjoyed it a lot, so I played it again and again to complete all achievements. Shadowrun was good, but... I think I'll wait quite some time before playing it again.

I already have a sensor chip implanted for medical reasons. It makes my life so much easier :D I believe implants are what will define mankind in the future, and the more we know about it, the better.

If we're following the Cyberpunk 2020/2013 rules - then yes, absolutely!
'Characters in Cyberpunk have an Empathy stat (abbreviated to EMP). This stat is a measure of how well a character relates to other people, and is the basis of such skills as leadership, lying, convincing and romantic relationships. Every major cybernetic enhancement has a corresponding Humanity Cost, which is added together to get an overall Humanity Cost of all enhancements. Humanity Costs are rated from "Vary Low" to "Vary High", and correspond to the general effect this enhancement will have on the human psyche. In addition, each option added to an enhancement has an additional point value as well. Ten full points of Humanity Cost lowers one's Empathy stat by one. Character stats ranges form 2-10, with 5 being average.
As your Empathy lowers, it can start to cost you. With an Empathy of 3 the character is something of a "cold fish"; emotionless and cold. With an Empathy of 2, the character is chilly, forbidding, and distinctly unpleasant to others. With an Empathy of 1, the character is usually violent, sociopathic and vicious. He must constantly fight to keep from going over the edge and committing irrational, violent acts of murder and mayhem.
At an Empathy rating of 0 or less, the character is fully in the grip of cyberpsychosis. He is driven by a maddening hatred of other humans or living things. At this point, there is no turning back — the character is taken over by the Referee (game master), who plays it as a NPC (non-player character) with all the worst attributes of a murderous, mechanized psychopath, called a cyberpsycho. Not all cyberpsychos are the rampaging type. Many exhibit more subtle symptoms; compulsive lying, kleptomania, sadism, brutality, split personality and extremely violent mood swings.'

If they're tired of the char maybe? It's mainly to prevent people unreasonably loading their chars with all manner of cyberware.

I personally don't mind implants as long as they look and feel like the real thing. Of course I'm talking about cybernetic implants. I hope you weren't thinking about something else PERV.

Edit: So it seems someone's giving me a bit of drama in the Deus Ex giveaway comment section. Even acting pretty douchey about it. What do you guys think? Is he right about the custom rule part? Should I just delete the giveaway?
Edit 2: I've decided to delete the Deus Ex giveaway. I'm really sorry about that. I'll try to make another one when I figure out how to do the private group thing but I just didn't want to risk being punished for giving away a game. More than that I didn't want to give that asshole a chance at winning.
I won't delete the giveaway right away to give people some time to remove their entries and recover their points. I'll also make a giveaway for a different game later.
I'm just annoyed that one person, one unreasonable dickwad, managed to ruin the giveaway.
