Yay solved it! Struggled with #11 though!

Yeah, I kinda feel that number 1 requires a certain amount of psychic powers.

Hints don't work for me, it seems. Counter stays on 10 minutes forever. Anything special I have to do to get them to show? Cannot solve #1 and #11 currently.
Since hints should be viewable for everyone automatically, can anyone post the official hints for Q1+11 please?
