Does Mark of the Ninja from the Humble Bundle Come With the Special Edition DLC?

Pretty sure it didn't, and its worth owning.

i was about to buy the DLC but it appears to only contain 1 level?

A new character with new moves and all that is cool, but primarily the DLC seems to be about developer commentary, rather than new game content.
