3 Questions + Contest

1. If you win game that you already have in your inventory, but not in your library would you get that game or would you get re rolled?

2. Does Steam sale last daily deal starts or ends 5th?

Reason I'm asking is because I wanted to buy Witcher and some other games as gift because I don't have too much time to play them now and they all cost like 2 euros.

3. Where can you report scamper? One guy today had 2 more rep (on steamtrades) and we were supposed to trade in this order: me: zeno clash -> him borderlands GOTY key -> me: another zeno clash and some tf2 items but after I sent him zeno clash he blocked me and changed his name and picture, however I managed to find him, and I also have screenshots of chat stating deal. I got game for 1 euro so it isn't that big deal for me, but I still want him to suffer. I reported him to Steam, but is there any other place?

Contest:
Small contest, just try to guess what game will I be gifted first in 2013 and once I get game I will find first person to guess that game and he will get game (I still didn't decide which, probably one from sale, if I don't get any game until steam sale ends it will be game from my library (not Dota 2)).
