Can I hide region restricted giveaways?

I want to hide region restricted giveaways so I don't accidentally enter them or generally don't want them popping up.

You don't have to, it's automatic. The ones you are seeing are for your region unless the creator selected the wrong options. And if you happen to view one that is not for your region, then the enter button is disabled.
