if was me,i just not care about that website,and mantain my wishlist,lose delete the wishlist only because a website has a problem,is not worth it,wishlist is very personal\important thing in my opinion,it has value more than a website.
also Would be better if you export the wishlist to txt first,or make a video about it in order alphabetic,before to delete it,you can't know if one day you need it back or maybe very regret decision to delete it.

i have 2000 games on my wishlist and some giveaway sites have a bug where if you have more than 100 games on your wishlist you can't complete some follow or add game to wishlist tasks.
