Only for lvl30+ and they only tell you this after you gave their twitter thing access to your account. Not cool.

My twitter and AW accounts are on the same email and I follow the account but still doesn't let me claim. I have had problems before with promos that require to follow a Twitter account in AW.

Also tells me I would be getting a downgrade with my ultimate pass so skip but much thanks :)
