I can't access your site, it only displays a blank page.(why?) Some boobs should resolve your problem.

Firstly. Too many advertising (especially this one that take you to to another web page when you click on anything).
Secondly. Right side is too big. Most of width should take the main articles. This addidional take too much space.
Another thing. Right side is too long. Because of that under the "main" place there is a one big blank space http://prnt.sc/e5j1m1. You should shorten it.

Maybe it is more about what you should remove from it. I really don't care to be ambushed when I check a link. :/

Turn the site off and on at random times so people will have to guess when they can access it again.

Add socializing (forum, or comments) + get your own domain name, not one subdomain from free host. That will help referencing.

also you should... define your objectives : why do you make this website, what is your personal gain and how to help that.

The banner (updates) on the top, with the wallstreat glide function should have a constant speed, it is kind of annoying that it first comes in at normal scroll speed (still readable) and then it suddenly it starts to slow down very hard, stops completly and then the next set does exactly the same ;/

So constant continues scrolling text or text in place with a fast switch between the text sets

I'll just name three things I noticed and a few tips on how to fix them.

1. Too cluttered. Try to focus on a main area rather than all at once.
2. The colors are all over the place. Try to focus on a certain color scheme that uses compatible colors. This applies to the used pictures too.
3. No site-flow. Everything seems random. Keep in mind that according to a study from Microsoft, the human attention span is one second shorter than a goldfish. Hence, you must make sure the visitor's eye can settle on something interesting during the first 8 seconds from entering the site, otherwise they'll leave. If the first thing they're greeted with is an ad, they'll leave for sure.

Alright, some constructive criticism because this thread is full of trolls and I feel bad for you. :P

1. Too much white-on-white. This is a huge issue, because nothing turns me off more than having to struggle to read anything on a website. The worse of it is on all of your articles links/buttons which is white on background. If the background turns out to be white, which it usually does, you can't read the text properly. A solution would be to add a semi-transparent black (or very dark) background over the background image but under the white text, to ensure proper readability at all times (this screenshot may better explain what I mean).
2. Everything looks a bit chaotic and I can't really figure out why. I think there's a certain lack of division/nesting with your categories and sections, making everything look like it's just piled up together.
3. Under the "Recent Posts" section, the "view more" button is spelled in French. I don't think this is intentional.

I'm not that good at reviewing/criticizing, but I hope this helps nevertheless. :P
