Whenever there's a sale, I like to jump on it like a vulture and stock up on several copies of that game/item, as I'm sure many of you do the same. Unfortunately, some sites don't allow you to select multiple quantities in the same transaction, so you gotta get creative and pay multiple times. :/ So, I paid and waited about an hour before buying the same game again and then..."Your transaction has been flagged for manual authorization. This may take up to one working day. We apologize for the inconvenience." :( That really grinds my gears because I HATE getting phone calls from my bank about what I'm buying. :/

I guess while I wait for that payment to go through, I'll ask you guys a question.

Does it grind your gears guys and gals?

This is the second time in two weeks that it's happened to me. The first, got my account locked until it was recently reopened after determining it falsely accused me of fraudulent charges. Now, this time...

Del: "Don't let me stand in your way, please don't let me stand in your way. The last thing I want to be remembered as is an annoying blabbermouth... You know, nothing grinds my gears worse than some chowderhead that doesn't know when to keep his big trap shut... If you catch me running off with my mouth, just give me a poke on the chubbs..."

A Life on Route 66 (Charles Rose, 1992)
"...it grinds my gears to see stretches of this once popular thoroughfare abandoned in favor of interstates whose sole purpose is to convey drivers in soulless processions from point A to point B."

I don't think it's overused anymore, the new catch phrase by all the cool kids is now, "Get rekt m8" or some crap like that. :P

I am not familiar with this phenomenon and I do not typically purchase games outside of Steam Store, and never multiple copies (too poor), so I can't relate, sorry.

I would love to buy more from Steam's store, but at times during sales I always get that "An error has occurred" crap. Not all the time, but most of the time during a sale.

I understand it's to prevent resellers from buying a hundred keys for pennies, but c'mon. I just wanted to buy a few 3/4-packs for sharing so I could play Co-op with some people. :/
