Missing base game - WHY?

I want to enter to some WH40K DoW2 Retribution DLCs (for example http://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/9H7VW/warhammer-40000-dawn-of-war-ii-retribution-mekboy-wargear-dlc ), but button "Enter to win" replaced with "Missing base game".
Why it's happened and how to fix it?

I already buy THQ hit bundle last week.

its mentioned in the first replies on the FAQ page. the actual topic was buried and we still dont know why a subpage this important doesnt have a button in the navbar
