It's retail with Steamworks. So if you don't cherish downloading 20-something GB of data, those 3 DVDs come in handy. Also all Newegg copies are the Anarchy edition with the bonus Sewer Missions and Anarchy edition extras.

Hello in My region on steam Rage is blocked. If I bought it from this site I cuold activate and play? Version in box in my country is too expensive.

As long as you don't mind waiting for snail mail, the prices for some of the games are better than some of these not so good Steam sale prices.

I bought it from them recently, and they gave me the Anarchy edition! So it's quite possible you'd get the same :)
