Don't active a GA.-

Hi ,i have just a small question what happens when u make a GA send the key or the gift, the winner active it but doesn't mark as received? Thanks to anyone who answer this ,have a nice day/night everyone :)

I added him if he doesn't accept me i'll should wait the 7 days and send a ticket support right? thanks man !

  • When a giveaway ends, the creator has seven (7) days to deliver the gift to the winner.
  • The winner has a reasonable amount of time after receiving the gift to redeem it.
  • Once the winner has redeemed the gift, he or she should immediately mark the gift "received."
  • If the winner does not mark the gift "received after having redeemed it, the creator should contact Support (Request Feedback).
