do people trade games for keys if i send offer and it has to wait 15 days until getting keys?

usually not 15 days is too long but I was forced to to even I had not trade hold but I have atm

i downgraded my phone, so had to reset authenticator and now have to wait 7 days ;(

I had to use a new one+ cancel trade in hold= another 7 days of hold

yeah, those holds are kinda annoying, they could at least shorten it to like 3 days or so
