Stupid question . But do they have some sort of account system on Microsoft Store ?

Like i click on Get and it just start to DL the game for me . Do i need to download it in order to keep It or will it be in my account forever like steam does it :?

I never used microsoft store no clue how that platform work , but i love me some farming sim :)
