a few extra tips: buy this. Don't go for the collection, buy war of the chosen dlc.

Shen's last gift is also a good one ONLY if you want a cool extra soldier class

13 bucks for base game and war of the chosen is a great price, go for it if you are on the fence

It just says N/A.

I already got the base game a few years ago, but I'm considering getting the DLCs for a second run.

I got it from fanatical store. It's just a medium-sized mission with a common boss at the end. You get an extra soldier class as a reward for completion. It is completely non-essential amd skippable. I highly recommend war of the chosen, it is the same story as the base game, but with some important and cool additions

I think you can only get it with the bundle. It is called XCOM 2: Reinforcement Pack here in Brazil.

There are several difficulty levels plus an ironman mode option to choose from so you should be able to pick a difficulty that suits you. Story wise, I think its ideal to play the first game first.

I haven't played the first (rebooted and neither the original) XCOM and still greatly enjoyed XCOM 2. I have played it on hard with ironman and after restarting couple of times (when things went terribly wrong in first few hours) I have managed to finish it. Found it challenging though late game got a bit easier (sometimes too easy).

I have recently started a new run with all of the DLCs enabled and hit a rock when my ship got shot down and the enemy forces were joined by an Archon King from the Alien Hunters DLC, so I would maybe suggest not running that one if you are new to the game and leave it for later.

The base games I have 46.3 hours in X-Com and 69.2 in X-Com 2. That's just the base game for both........and only beaten both once no mods.
