I overthought it for sure. I must have used every synonym for that missing word from the quote and even went with synonyms for the word's alternate meaning in case it was super tricky before it sort of came to me.

The hints are literally telling me what i already know but the answers are not those so i'm a bit confused of what perspective to look at this xD

Hmm, struggling with these. I got few of them, and I know most of the real quotes without the hints - but the hints don't actually help get the answer :-/

Wow, that's incredible! I like to think that you have earned yourself a place on everyone's whitelist.
I may try the quiz questions again then, maybe I need a different approach to thinking what you had in mind :-)

I've got the first four but struggling with the rest, I'll keep at it though as it seems solvable! Just wondering about the Titanic one in Question 11, have you deliberately made a mistake with it as the famous line is "i'm the king of the world" not earth, so I'm thinking it may refer to something else? Please let me know if I'm wrong! :)

I've come back to it and solved 6, 10 and 12. I'm trying to find some sort of pattern in the answers but they're all quite different in their varying degrees of incorrect rightness... I'd appreciate some more clues for the rest but it seems like you're happy to let us suffer :P

I recently found a tumblr with slightly wrong quotes, and I laughed so hard and wanted to buy all of the quotes when I found out there were prints on t-shirts.
As you may have noticed, I also named some of the hints in the in the same way as the tumblr did, Alan instead of Alien X-flies instead of X-files...
