The Stalker series is FPS with RPG elements. GREAT story and fun. Start with Shadows of Chernobyl.

Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines, Mass effect 1 to 3, Fallout 2-3, Fable TLC, TES: Morrowind+Oblivion, Dragon age origins and the STALKER series are all great.
Also most of the above have mods to enhance the gameplay and make it even better.

Fallout 3, Fallout New Vegas, Deus Hex Human Revolution.
