Tried to logout / change language / wait / link and unlink steam account - nothing, banner didn't appeared. Dying Light of course is in my steam library.

install the game (like 30 gb :S), go to the menu, exit the game, reload the DL web site, and it would show the banner with the key. I tried all as you and nothing works until i actually "play" the game.

Very interesting. Just "starting Dying Light" via for e.g. ASF does not work.
Actually downloading the game and starting it worked - banner appeared instantly.
And to rule that out too, it does work in Germany (even though the game isn't accessable to us in steam store).

I own DL but I am not getting I own it banner or getting any close to redeem docket. I have not had time to install play as my PC is now old and struggles to play heavy games and waiting for buying a new PC. Whats the solution?

I can't even login. Takes 5-10 minutes for the site to even load, then when I try to login all that happens is the little gear spins for another 10-15 minutes and then I get an error code.
