Challenges adding games to wishlist

Does anyone know of any workaround that allows you to add games that are not available in your Steam store to your wishlist?

I'm trying to add One Piece Pirate Warriors 3 to my wishlist, but it is not available in my Steam store. In the past, for example with Deadpool and South Park, I would change the store to the US store, which would enable me to add them to my wishlist, but Steam seems to have blocked such store changes months ago.

Is there a way around this? Thanks in advance. Answers that are both helpful AND snarky generate good karma. (I am easily amused.)

In a semi-related note, how ingenious was it to combine One Piece and Dynasty Warriors? Absolutely brilliant.

Try opening chrome console, and enter this

AddToWishlist( 331600, 'add_to_wishlist_area', 'add_to_wishlist_area_success', 'add_to_wishlist_area_fail', '1_5_9__407' );

Well, this is what is on the "add to wishlist" button 

javascript:AddToWishlist( 331600, 'add_to_wishlist_area', 'add_to_wishlist_area_success', 'add_to_wishlist_area_fail', '1_5_9__407' );

Edit: apparently you can't anymore D:.
