How do I level up on the steamgifts.com ?

Essentially
Game that's never been bundles before gives you full XP
Game that's been in a bundle gives you 25% of the full XP
And games that have been made free gives you no XP.

You can tell which one the game you're looking to giveaway falls under when you're in the create a giveaway menu. If it just appears as the game then it's full XP, if you see a * by the game its 25% of full XP and ** means no XP.

These stats can change over time, and if a game you gave away that was not bundled becomes bundled you get some XP taken back off you, kinda like nerfing.
