Minor nitpicking: If you use 'dass', you have to alter the word order in the Nebensatz, e.g.

• Da muss ich aber sagen, dass, wenn es um Deutsch sprechen geht, ich aber auch teilnehmen will.

Alternatively, you can just omit the 'dass' in this case:

• Da muss ich aber sagen, wenn es um Deutsch sprechen geht, will ich aber auch teilnehmen.

(Cue grammar Nazi jokes)

EDIT: Being a native speaker is no excuse for bad grammar ;)

Of course it's not for german people only, people who can understand and speak it may enter too.
