Naruto (as you can tell by my icon), since it's one of those shows that I've invested so much time in. It is to me what Dragon Ball is to other people.

In regards to an anime that I love to pieces based on (arguable, subjective) quality I would say Rin: Daughters of Mnemosyne or Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust (I think it holds up so well despite being made in 2000)

As for my favourite anime. If I had to pick just one I would probably choose Puella Magi Madoka. Others which I remember right now would be Anohana, Fate/Zero or the Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya.
