Um, since that event (Microids) is already up, the games are by now either considered free or not.
Which means that it's as black and white as it gets.
If you deliberately make a GA with such a key now, you are breaking the rules. Because it's already free. The lists just haven't been updated. So your suggestion is a rule violation which will most likely have consequences, and the blacklists are actually kind of justified.
On the other hand, if the mods decide that the event is not 'free enough' to warrant considering them free games, then they will remain valid to create giveaways for. In which case you are in no hurry to make any.
So either way, it will be detrimental to you to rush to GA any of those games right now.

Thankfully I gave away all the keys from the creepy adventurer bundles, but now I'm kicking myself because I can't get the 300 microid points for the games I don't own to redeem for playing card on the site :( so much for going on a give away spree when I'm in need of therapeutic gift giving. :/

Only bought one pack of that bundle, so at least only a few keys added to my free games list.

Is it the whole bundle? I mean they were all Microids/Anuman games, but are really all of them available in that Microids card lottery?

Edit: Nope, not all. Only Post Mortem, Robin Hood, Amerzone, Egyptian Prophecy, and if the limited ones count, Dracula 4-5 (but that's only 100 copies so it shouldn't, right?)

If moderators and support staff still let people to make GAs for those games, so these GAs are okay!

honestly I don'i care about CV, the point of SG is to give stuff away that would otherwise go to waste, I don't have any friends on steam but there are various users I've had to "friend" to interact with, steam has a useful feature where if you hit the app page for a game it will tell you if one of your "friends" has the game wishlisted, in which case you can just dump the stuff directly on them.
I've asked, both on steam and in the SG forums for a feature that would RNG one user from the set of users that had a particular game wishlisted, that would allow direct dumping without generating CV or wasting resources creating a page for each key dump.
Also keep in mind in my case I am trying to get rid of stuff I paid for, I'm ok with dumping it at 0 CV, I just want a convenient way to dump it;
0 CV or unlisted (not counting toward gifts given) 0 CV direct dump would allow people who piad for something to give it to someone who can get use out of it without encouraging bots or farmers to create GA's.
(sorry if I'm making too much of the friend thing, I just believe they should be called acquaintances)
