It's true its only for american addresses, but you can use other countries credit cards. For example, i have an amazon account which i only use for downloadable stuff (mainly steam works games) and buy using my austrian credit card. as an address i typed in a friend's address, but you can also pick a random one from google maps. don't know how legal that would be, but if you never order physical thing nobody is gonna find out :D
