That is only a few dlc for 10$ which is the regular price. All DLC are still 30€.
They are not on sale.

The number of hours of gameplay you get per dollar if you buy at $12.5 make this a great buy.

The number of hours in one game is enough to make $12.50 a good deal.

This game has cursed me. Spent probably 7 hours on my first ever game.

Won it with a Spacerace victory.

What an insane game.

I've started two others and it just hooks me for too long!

Here's an update to this deal if you're the penny pincher type. It's not a huge savings, but you stand to shave off another buck or so from the Steam price if you live in the US or Canada:

Direct2Drive is price matching Steam's weekend deal for Civilization V. Normally you have to contend with tax, but there's a 15% off coupon you can stack with this discount to nullify (and then some) that added cost: CHEAPASS15 Civilization V is Steamworks, so it activates on Steam just fine, regardless of where you buy it.
