How can i create a giveways with steam gift locked by region

of course you can create a giveaway for the region of Brazil when you create the giveaway click Region Restrictions South America (Argentina, Bahamas, Belize, Bolivia, BRAZIL, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Guyana, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Suriname, Uruguay, Venezuela)and sign the Description only for the region Brazil (if it turns out that you are from another country I'll make a ticket for the reroll(Request New Winner)
