Hey, I need advice
Steam guard I activated August 3, 2013
To be able to use the Market on Steam, I have to wait 15 days
I want to know whether the 15 days expires, August 17, 2013 or August 18, 2013
I do not know if I will be the first day ON

when u hover on sell the item it should tell u when u will be able to use marketplace again at least that what i got tho in my case was new payment method

well i assume its same with changing password/adding new payment method/ enabling guard u can buy games but to use market u will need to wait for a bit for them to check your account/transaction its saying excacly when u will be able t use it just need to wait till then :)

Exactly 15 days (360 hours) = 18th, however if you have reset your password before enabling steam guard, you need to wait for a few (5) days more.
