I'm from Brazil, but the Brazil link in the table didn't work for me. The "add to library" button disappeared after I logged in. The multi country link worked fine, though. I guess it's one more reason to go after a used ps4. If the extra investment into an ssd wasn't so absolutely necessary to make the console experience bearable, it would be an easier purchase.
