How can i report someone if i can't access the permalink anymore?

How can i report someone who called me savage if i can't view the link anymore on blacklisted giveaway?
Should be somewhere here https://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/YuNjf/gods-will-be-watching but can't access the permalink at replies anymore hmm

Also why the heck would someone call someone here savage for just writing " Thank you" :|
