If you could choose, what time period would you have liked to have lived in?

I'd choose either medieval times or maybe the 1940's or 1950's. I don't know why, but things seemed a lot easier back then compared to now.

Sorry. I was rewatching A League of Their Own on tv just now and got the idea for this. Movie always seems to make me feel good.

I'd go with ~300CE, around the time Constantine was alive - so I could murder him and erase all trace of his existence.

In whatever year we discover the reason for the existence of humans or when we are able to travel outside of our solar system or galaxy and find other life. Life as we know it right now seems pointless. It feels like a prison sentence for something we did wrong in another existence.

2020
I can afford a new GPU by then and see Donald Trump select the fifth Supreme Court Justice.

Were you a kid in the 60's or were you an adult by then?

Young kid at the start, early teens by the end.

I was guessing that. The reason you're so fond of it is most likely because of good old nostalgia. You probably don't miss the era so much as you miss being a kid. That's at least the main reason why it was such a popular theme in the 80s and 90s and why the 80s and 90s are popular now.
That's why people usually say things like "It was a simpler time" and "The world was a better place, everyone was carefree". Usually they channel themselves into that perception. As a kid, stuff was obviously simpler and easier (well, for most people, at least).

I'm not saying definitively that it is the reason for you, but perhaps it does play a role there :D

Easier? Yeah, the aftermath of WW2 made everything easier xD
Also, colonial times where if you weren't white and/or well-off you were basically screwed.
I'm fine with now.

It usually looks better in the past (like for me the 80-90's) but it's also because you are still a kid and don't have financial worries etc, but yeah it was an era you could buy a house on 1 income and could easily switch to any job if you wanted.

Each era has their better sides but also negative ones.

It's too time-consuming to name almost every thing in existence as a reason why almost any time in the past would be better. That's just my viewpoint though.

What would you say is easier then?

I personally would stay here at this time, go for a few years to the roaring 20's or travel a few decades to the future to have more technology to try out.

The future. Somewhere around 60 years into the future seems good. Far enough to have more advanced technology and hopefully not too far that humans ruined Earth.

I don't think I'd like to live my whole life at any particular time period of human history. The old days are highly uncomfortable, today's world is very unstable and future is unpredictable. I'd like to travel through time and live at every interesting for me time periods in different countries for a few days or weeks, maybe avoiding some places at "unpleasant" time (like Hiroshima at the end of WWII), until my (probably early) death. Yeah, I think, it could be an interesting life if I wasn't a woman and time travels were possible.

(Sorry for my probably bad English.)

I would live yesterday. It was a really good day.
Today is pretty good, too. Maybe I choose to live in today.

not your exact question but i would have liked to be born around 1975 in usa just so i could experience the birth and growth of my hobbies, role playing games, video games, anime, the movies at that time, still anything more than that and i probably wouldnt like it, maybe the future

Somewhere around 2300. I might board a starship and explore strange, new worlds, where no man has gone before! :D

Like No Man's Sky, but less disappointing (albeit even a pigeon defecating on top of my head is still a bit less disappointing than No Man's Sky, so I'm not setting my standards high).
