Fortunately, for both our sakes, Steel & Steam was part of Steampunk #2 and I cannot recall Groupees ever repeating games within a bundle series. Also included in past Steampunk bundles are the equally-oft-bundled Syberia franchise and Bionic Dues.

If you are not sure you'll be interested in the bundle, it is possible to preorder as a gift and then sell or trade the gift code you receive

Steampunk 3 was a huge letdown compared to the earlier ones, but if they stick to the usual 1-1.5$ price with guaranteed Teslagrad, then it's a sure thing for me :)
Edit: SP3's games were pretty meh - Windforge is quite fun, but badly designed with feature-level bugs :D But the music of the bundle was great!

Something that might be interesting to add to the post : these are the games tagged Steampunk on Steam. Teslagrad is in that list, and several games that were in the previous bundles too, so it seems pretty accurate. Of course you can pretty much rule out games like Sunless Sea, The Swindle, Styx, ...
