sticking with the rules means only submitting an unused url to the bundle. a gish key by itself would still be breaking the rules.

I've created my own giveaway. I didn't scam the charity, I didn't get it for only one penny. My key is absolutely legit and not against the rules, since I obtained it legally and wanted to give away.

not some, all of the games from humble bundles/indie royale budles are subject to these rules.

It's perfectly fine for them to give those keys away.
I mean, there are no Steamgifts rules against it and the Humble Bundles don't state anything like "Note: all keys are for your personal use only." right below your Steam keys.

If you have a problem with the rules, petition to change them. Otherwise, respect the site owners. The concern isn't douchebags who only spend a cent to get these games, nor is it that points are being racked up too quickly. Nor is it artificially raising your giveaway count to make you look better to private groups. The problem is that by gifting these games before the giveaway is over may be taking potential revenue away from charity. Respect the kids, and wait until the giveaway is over.
