If i get a region restrict key...

Can i trade a region restrict key with someone that could use it instead of activating in my account? Region restrict keys arent cool around here anyway so... Just wondering ('- ')

@OP: you can get banned if you don't report it because they think you didn't activate it and therefore, a ban.

You can't trade a key you won here, it's against the rules and you can only activate it in your account. If it's restricted, report the creator.

If you get a region restricted key you should stop, drop and roll as per Steat Safety Manual.
