Community Market ate my keys.

Long story short I bought 2 DoTA2 Treasure keys from the Community Market, tried to trade them, couldn't, tried debugging them by putting them on the market, went to the market, tried to take them down, "error" telling me to refresh the page, did so, keys are not there nor in my inventory, refreshed both inventory and market about 50 times, nothing. I already wrote the ticket but my question is - have anyone experienced something like that before?
