Congrats on doing what you have done so far (especially beating Dark Souls). I hope you have a speedy recovery and can get back to doing whatever you want without any limitations. This might be in bad taste (I do not mean it to be) but I would like to see a post in the future from you called your Aneurversary (aneurysm + anniversary) where we, the community here on SG, can celebrate your hopefully full recovery :D

I've taken the liberty and just showed your thread/told your story to one of my friends, who is also fighting some severe health issues atm, but she doesn't take them so well. Let's just say that your spirit is very uplifting and I have reason to believe that I got her to smile (what she didn't do in what felt like ages) just because of your attitude and what you wrote. Thank you for that :).

And finish Firefly and Doom3 already, you're missing out ;D! Oh - and best wishes :).

Also I would like to recommend you The Witcher 3. You obviously liked Dark Souls, so it might be game for you. It's easier with the mechanics (yet still challenging) of course but much deeper and better story.
