So how long does it usually takes for reports tickets to be in queue?

I've had them answered in 5 minutes and 5 days. It just depends on luck. However, SG Support is currently rather depleted as several members have either left or are taking a break from the site, leaving only a handful of volunteers to answer any tickets from a few hundred thousand members.
