I know thats not my point, seems to me like people are taking advatage of this, like heck I'm a mobile sie developer, I can create tons of GA with good games on it open in public for weeks promoting my projects, then after last day I'll delete it and bam! free advertisement. I'm not saying this is his intention, but seems to me it is, his last GA was 3 years ago, and level 3 user then suddenly decided to Giveaway FFXII for days then realize on the last day that his GA is region restricted and deleted it.

u cant create "tons of GA" cause every time u delete your giveaway u'll loose giveaway slot.
I don't think many people click those links. You can make experiment and put in giveaway description link to extra-copy-giveaway of the same game. You will get ~10% of public entries in this invite-only giveaway, cause people don't read it ʕ•ᴥ•ʔ

If he really just wanted advertisement, it wouldn't make sense to put a level 2 restriction on the giveaway causing it to not be seen by the majority of users on the site.

A person create FFXII giveaway for days open in public, and have this huge description promoting something and stuff, many people entered like you can see on the screenshot, many people kinda supported and check the stuff his promoting, then when the last day till the GA is about to end he deleted it and said region restriction, checked his profile but no FFXII giveaway that recreated with at least Region Restricts. Free advertisement! wellplayed.
