Make registration only aviable for peeps who accounts are worth 200-300$ and have atleast one game bought from steam store. Also not all russians are fake makers, there was and other. Thats is that some peeps are selling invites in bad community forums. Maybe we could limit the invites 3-5 invites per month.

We've had problems before with people claiming that giveaways were fake to try and scare away people so they would have a higher chance of winning. This system sounds ripe for abuse.

I registered yesterday. Wanted to celebrate with my first giveaway (a little steam game), but I'll wait until all this fake stuff settles. I don't want any user thinking my gift is fake ¬.¬

There seems to be quite a few fake giveaways floating about lately, so I thought that instead of alerting others through a pile of comments, it would be easier to have an actual "flag as fake" button. Once the number of flags reaches over a certain percentage or number, the giveaway could be highlighted in red, and a warning could be given to the user when entering. Giveaways which have flags over the percentage/number could also be presented to the admins and mods (as a list etc.) for "further investigation".
I'm not entirely sure how we would prevent this system from being abused, but I think it is something to at least be considered as this site gets flooded by (seemingly) Russian children.
