Playfire Rewards Beta and Green Man Gaming System

Well it's not new anymore.Still in beta but it's been out for almost a year now.I earned more than 10€'s with it.

Well I'd not buy anything from GMG if it weren't for that Playfire.They changed our currency from USD to Euro, now everything is about 2x more expensive.Fuck you too, GMG.

This covers most of what people think about Playfire.

Gotten about $40 with another ~$3 that their system didn't track. And I know some people have made much more than that if they bother doing all the achievements. Pretty good for me so far I'd say.

As for BoI, if you got a Steam key, you can use that. If not, then you have to use Capsule. Not sure if they're still doing their trade-in thing for credit.

As I once wrote to them as well, I'd rather have way lower rewards, let's say 0.01£ etc. (cause otherwise it'd be a massive loss on their side), but with permanent and retroactive achievements, meaning that from the moment they add them there would be no time limit to achieve them, and people who already got them previously could still unlock them once.

To quote myself, that way it wouldn't "give you the frustration of missing them because:

a) You already got it ages ago..
b) You don't have the game yet (sometimes even if you bought it/are waiting for a key)
c) You don't want to rush the game and ruin your experience just because there is not enough time to play it like you normally would AND get the reward
d) You simply miss it because you don't see it in time/you are not able to play at that moment/you don't want to feel forced to prioritize certain games when you already have a hundred more you're playing

And I know that getting the rewards isn't mandatory, that's why I barely bother with them, for all the previous reasons, reasons why this system SUCKS, in my opinion."

Not playing your bundle games pays off.....
So many games got the 0,10 reward for "played for the first time", I'm happy I didnt play most of the bundle games I got last 6 months.
I managed to get about 22 euros until now, only bought FF3.
And if you have Murdered Soul Suspect I recommend you start playing right now. Such easy money.

I love it.

It's a great way to get some order in the chaos that is the backlog.

So far I bought Remember Me, The Bridge, Jet Set Radio, Dark Void + Dark Void Zero, Dishonored GOTY, Skyward Collapse: Nihon no Mura and Viking: Battle for Asgard with only those credits. And I'm back to around 10€.

And I only started in March.

I like it, I've earned about $20, I swear they owe me a little more but its free money for the most part so i'm not going to complain.

I somehow ended up with 7.31, but I swear I've only done enough for like 3$

managed to snag a lot of games due to the credit the chieves give me.
