I just saw on THIS website that the following website is selling Mafia II for like 3 pounds or something, so I wanted to ask if:

1) they're legit
2) the game will go into my STEAM library. (don't want it to end up on my PC as JUST some file...)

Yeah, make sure you always read the description of the game (like RedCoats said)
and check the DRM.

In this case, it was "Steam", and you'll get a key for it.

Yep, GMG are legit. Got lots of games from there. Just make sure the DRM on the game you're buying says "Steam" and you're good.

Just be sure whatever you're buying says DRM: Steam somewhere on the page - that means you're getting a code to enter in steam, not a disc.

They often have a nice discount on preorder stuff too, so remember to take a look at GMG if you're thinking about buying something new. Got a 25% discount voucher for Dark Souls II preorder a couple days ago, pity I'd already bought it. :(
